- Business Account type.
- Bank Account & Cards linked.

GOHERBALIFE ADMIN AND SETUP
1. Login to MyHerbalife and navigate to Customers > GoHerbalife Admin & Setup.
- If you already have registered a Payment Method, you need to click on Payment & Shipping under the Site Settings section.
- If this is the first time that you are setting up a Payment Method for your GoHerbalife site, you might land on the following screen:
- Note: Please select the option that better suits you for your business. (We will be using upgrade my paypal account to business RECOMMENDED option for this article).
2. Once your decide which option is better for your business, please click Continue to Next Step.
3. Under the PayPal option, you must click on Select Express Checkout.

1.Please click on I Already Have an Account.
2.You must enter your PayPal credentials and click on Log In.
3. You have to click on Go back to Herbalife International Of America, Inc. to continue with the linking process.

2. You must enter your PayPal credentials and click on Log In.
3. Review your Card/Bank information and click on Agree & Continue.
- All the credit/debit cards and bank accounts which are linked to your PayPal account and are confirmed, must show under Pay with.
- If those details are not showing, please clear your browser history and cache. You can check article: How can I clear my web browser's cache, cookies and history which is available in Herbalife Support Center page.
- If you are not able to link your PayPal account as you are getting the message that your account is not Verified, please go to Verify PayPal account.

4.You will receive a message to confirm that your PayPal account has been linked successfully; then you must click on Finish.

Personal and Business PayPal accounts
PayPal accounts are either Personal or Business.
If you have a PayPal Personal account, then your customers will have to also have a PayPal account to be able to pay.
If you have a PayPal Business account, then you can accept payments by credit card without your customers having to have a PayPal account. The Business accounts are either Website Payments Standard (free) or Website Payments Pro (you have to pay a subscription). Either will work.
To upgrade your current PayPal Personal Account to a Business or Premier Account:
Go to https://www.paypal.com/UPGRADE and log in to your PayPal account
Click the Upgrade Now button at the bottom of the page.
The next page will allow you to choose a personal Premier Account or a Business Account. Simply select which type of account you would like, and click the Continue button.

If you are accepting payments on Ebay you have to have a business or premier account once you reach a certain point in payments. I also do not think you can take credit card payments on a personal account or at least you used to not be able to. If the buyer paid with a CC that is possibly a cause or if you have hit that limit.
Thank you. Paypal indicates I need a business paypal account, so not sure if premier account will get this transaction completed. I've been selling for years and this never came up, but I usually only sell a very small amount, just a couple, or three transactions here and there. Thanks. I was worried about upgrading and getting extra charges or getting tax implications, still am though, but I buy WAY more than I sell.
