Convenient, great signup promo!

Being a Prime member, I have been interested in adding this Store Card to my account since I do the majority of my online shopping at Amazon.? I was just approved for a $2100 CL with scores of EQ: 673 TU: 685 and EX 677.? No open collections or unsatisfied judgments.? A total of 12 late payments from 2 student loans from 2013 still appear on my reports.? My current credit utilization is around 5%.? The only report they pulled for the account was TransUnion (same as in April, 2015).? I had applied for this card in April 2015 but was declined at the time (scores across the 3 bureaus were in the mid 500s, with open collections and 2 judgments).? Hope this helps someone.

I am very disgusted with Amazon right now. I went to place an order and my card was declined. I figured that I might had entered the number incorrectly so after doing it a couple of times it still didn't go through. I logged into my account to see what was going on and to my surprise MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED! :( I've had the card i want to pay my amazon credit card bill almost a year with no issues, no problems, ultimo album de jose luis perales late payments, or anything else. When I called them to find out what happened, they informed me that after reviewing my credit report, they determined that it was in their best interest to close the account. Now that I've been getting my old debts resolved I guess I'm starting to appear on everyone's "radar" and I'm getting dinged on a regular basis. No problem. I understand that. But I am very annoyed because I haven't had any slip-ups in the last 5 years. From the time I was issued the card to the present, I always paid my bill early and didn't carry a balance.? I don't see how that was a risk for them. ?

I applied chase bank liquid card my card years ago when my credit was very poor, and I was approved for a card. In the meantime I was paying off that's for my other credit cards and working on my credit score, and currently on the highest that I've been in about 5 years. About a week or so ago and was on closed my account poor the crummy customer service agent, and he would not tell me why they closed my account, that I received a notice in the mail however I never received any notification in the mail. My account is now closed right before the holidays, and they will not approve me for a new card as I am apparently high risk according to the crummy customer service agent. I don't understand what this means as when I originally applied for the card I was in the 400s with a credit score and currently in the 600s which is what you need in order to be approved for a card. So if you your credit score is a roller coaster, be prepared to have your account canceled without notification

Beware !

I had a late charge on my statement because I didn’t make a payment the month before.I was so angry because the month before I had made two $ 200. Payments. One was two days before the next month was due…Both payments were at least $100. over the minimum payment .but because I didn’t make one for the following month I was charged a late charge. When I called customer service I was told I had to make a payment every month regardless of how much you paid the month before. I had no idea .I guess it’s all about them having their interest paid.I’m not using this card ever again !

NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm a terrible person because i shop a lot of amazon. This card is great as long as you keep it paid off and buy a lot of amazon. However it all goes to crap once you need help. My card got shut down for a fraudlent charge - good catch by chase! Was happy about that. Not happy that I'm now on DAY THREE of trying to get a hold of ANYONE who can handle this absolutely trivial correction, but no. What you are FORCED to do is wait in line, for NINTEY MINUTES then they dump you with a smile. "try back later". Three frickn days of this. I can't even get anyone to just cancel my card. DO NOT GET THIS CARD.

Useless Card High Interest

After 2 years of requesting, they finally i want to pay my amazon credit card bill my credit limit above $200. I make close to 6 figures, no missed payments.ever.under 10% debt to income ratio. Then they TOOK IT BACK after I made a couple of purchases. What an insult to have your credit limit reduced out of the blue when you've done nothing wrong or different. They are now paid in full and won't be profiting from me again. I want to pay my amazon credit card bill wasn't even 70% of the limit used before they did this and dropped my credit score over 30 points. Amazon lost a Prime member too.

Perfect for a huge Amazon shopper

Credit Karma Member

I have had this card for years and I love it. I earn 5% rewards on purchases and have gotten a lot of free items. I love the 6 month interest free option and I use it all the time. I do have a high limit and I pay off any balance that is not promotional each month. If you don't pay off your cards each month this is probably not a great card for you. The interest rate is too high.

Everything about the card is misleading

Credit Karma Member

Don’t waste your time with the Amazon store card if you’re actually looking to do payment plans, the bank that issues the card will either give a small line of credit or outright deny the transaction you got the card for, I specifically got this card to do the 6 month payment play for a $530 skee ball machine but was declined, when contacting Amazon they were basically helpless and on the 3rd time contacting them about the issue they told me I would have to reach out to the bank regarding an AMAZON CARD, that’s not to mention the fact it is a hard inquiry on your credit and will negatively affect it.

Stupidest reasoning ever had to listen!!

Credit Karma Member

This card is good till you don't get cancelled by this credit card company for some unknown stupid reason! I have a 100% payment history with them with a credit line of 1,500 and I am a customer from last 2 years.I have a 30% credit balance with them. Recently, mistakenly I tried to make a payment from an account I didn't have money. When I found out my mistake, I cancelled the previous payment and paid with my correct account information. After 10 days, I got notification that my card got cancelled, though I have a 100% payment history!!! Way to go!!!! They are saying that, I did this type of mistake twice in last my account history, so they closed it. Just a question to amazon, I always loved doing business with you, but is this the way you are treating your loyal customer? Just for newcomers and existing card holders, be ready to get your card cancelled for stupid reasons you even can't imagine!

Account closed for seemingly no reason.

Credit Karma Member

I've had this card now for 7 months. I went to order something and it's saying account closed. I've never once had a missed or late payment. What's worse is all my 5% cash back rewards are gone too! That's just wrong. I called them and asked why it was closed and they told me, "sorry I don't have that information. It happens sometimes." What the heck!?

Amazon One continues expansion—now available as a contactless payment option at initial Whole Foods Market store in Seattle

Over the past several years, we’ve focused on innovating on behalf of our customers to make their shopping trips easier and more effortless. We started with Just Walk Out technology in Amazon Go, and we have since brought that experience to new store formats and locations, and made it available as a service to third-party retailers to use in their stores. We built the Amazon Dash Cart, a smart shopping cart i want to pay my amazon credit card bill helps customers in our Amazon Fresh grocery stores skip the checkout line and roll out when they’re done. Most recently, we introduced Amazon One, a fast, convenient, contactless way for people to use their palm to enter, identify, and pay—and I’m excited to talk about our latest expansion of Amazon One today.

After introducing the Amazon One service last September, we’ve added it as an entry and payment option at several Amazon stores in the Seattle area, including Amazon Go, Amazon Go Grocery, Amazon Books, Amazon 4-star, and Amazon Pop Up. Thousands of customers have signed up for the service, and feedback has been great—customers have shared they appreciate how quick it is to enroll and use, and that its contactless nature has been helpful in our current environment.

Today, I’m excited to share that customers at the Whole Foods Market store at Madison Broadway in Seattle will now be able to use Amazon One as a payment option at checkout. We also plan to add Amazon One as an option to seven additional Whole Foods Market stores in the Seattle area over the coming months—you can see the full list of planned store locations below.

Customers who are new to using Amazon One can sign up at any Amazon One kiosk or device in participating stores, and enrollment takes less than a minute. After they insert their credit card, customers hover their palm over the device and follow the prompts to associate that card with the unique palm signature being built in real-time for them by our computer vision technology. Customers will have the option to enroll with just one palm or both. And that’s it! Once enrolled, customers can use Amazon One to pay at participating Whole Foods Market stores in about a second or so. If customers have previously signed up for Amazon One at an Amazon store, they may need to re-insert their credit card one time at an Amazon One device in a Whole Foods Market so they can continue to use the service in those stores. And, if customers choose to link their Amazon One ID with their Amazon account, they can automatically get their Prime member discount as usual at Whole Foods Market.

“At Whole Foods Market, we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the shopping experience for our customers,” said Arun Rajan, senior vice president of technology and chief technology officer at Whole Foods Market. “Working closely with Amazon, we’ve brought benefits like Prime member discounts, online grocery delivery and pickup, and free returns to our customers, and we’re excited to add Amazon One as a payment option beginning today. We’re starting with an initial store at Madison Broadway in Seattle and look forward to hearing what customers think as we expand this option to additional stores over time.”

FAQs

What is the device actually scanning when it creates my unique palm signature?

When you hold your palm over the Amazon One device, the technology evaluates multiple aspects of your palm. No two palms are alike, so we analyze all these aspects with our vision technology and select the most distinct identifiers on your palm to create your palm signature.

How do you protect customer data?

At Amazon, nothing is more important to us than earning and maintaining customer trust. We take data security and privacy seriously, and any sensitive data is treated in accordance with our long-standing policies. With this in mind, we designed Amazon One to be highly secure. For example, the Amazon One device is protected by multiple security controls, and palm images are never stored on the Amazon One device. Rather, the images are encrypted and sent to a highly secure area we custom-built for Amazon One in the cloud where we create your palm signature.

If I decide I don’t want to use Amazon One any more after signing up, can I delete my biometric data?

Yes, you can request deletion by unenrolling on any Amazon One device or via the online customer portal at one.amazon.com, and your biometric data will be deleted after completion of any remaining transactions.

Can customers still check out with a regular credit card or cash at Whole Foods Market stores?

Yes, customers can still pay and check out using a credit card, cash, or any other form of payment accepted at Whole Foods Market. Amazon One is just an additional payment option at checkout.

Will this affect Whole Foods Market Team Member jobs?

No, Amazon One is an additional payment option at checkout, and Whole Foods Market Team Members i want to pay my amazon credit card bill continue to maintain all of their current responsibilities.

What other Whole Foods Market stores will offer Amazon One as an option?

We’re starting with the Whole Foods Market store at Madison Broadway, but we plan to add it as an option to the following additional I want to pay my amazon credit card bill Foods Market stores in the Seattle area in the coming months: West Seattle, Interbay, Westlake, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Roosevelt Square, and Redmond. We’ll see where we go from there!

What other stores offer Amazon One?

You can see a full list of participating locations at one.amazon.com.

Do you have any third-party customers who plan to use Amazon One?

We’re excited to see Amazon One in more retail environments and are in active discussions with several potential customers, but beyond that, we’ll have to ask you to stay tuned.

Amazon wants to help Prime users build their credit — but is its new card worth it?

Amazon has a new credit card designed for people with low credit scores. In partnership with Synchrony Financial, the e-commerce giant is introducing the Amazon Credit Builder card. On its surface, the secured card looks like a solid option for anyone looking to start building up their credit, but there are some caveats that consumers should consider before signing up.

First things first, the Amazon Credit Card Builder is essentially only a useful option for existing Amazon customers. Matt Schultz, the lead industry analyst at CompareCards.com, says the card can only be used at Amazon. The fine print on the card provided by Amazon suggests it may also be used for some purchases at retailers who offer "Pay with Amazon" at check out, but that still makes for a relatively small number of places where the card can be used.

The benefits of the card are also quite limited for folks who aren't already making many purchases from Amazon. While Amazon advertises the card as having no annual fee, it does require an Amazon Prime membership to be eligible, and that service does have a fee: $119 per year for standard members or $59 per year for students. Sara Rathner, NerdWallet’s credit cards expert, says if you aren’t already a Prime member or planning to become one, "this extra fee may not be worth it at a time when you’re focused on establishing good credit habits."

If you are a Prime member and looking for something to help boost your credit score, there are benefits to staying in the Amazon ecosystem and getting the Amazon Credit Builder card. Prime among the reasons to check it out is the five percent cash back offered on all Amazon purchases. Rathner says there are no other secured cards out there that offer that high of a cash back i want to pay my amazon credit card bill at Amazon, and the e-commerce giant's endless supply of goods makes it easy to order everyday items and earn some money back. That, combined with a $40 gift card upon a person's first deposit was enough for Schultz to call the rewards offerings "pretty strong."

Of course, it's worth noting that Amazon often isn't the cheapest option when it comes to these types of items. A 2016 study by MarketWatch found Amazon is often more expensive than alternatives when it comes to cleaning products, cosmetics, home goods and clothes — the kind of stuff you may be buying regularly. LendEDU compared Amazon's prices directly to Walmart's and found the online retailer was on average 10.37 percent more expensive than its biggest brick-and-mortar competitor. While using the Amazon Credit Builder card may help to improve credit scores over time and offer a decent cash back incentive to stick with the company, users may be spending more on the whole for those benefits.

"It can be tempting to overspend because you’re getting cash back, especially on Amazon, where making an impulse purchase is far too easy," Rathner warns. "Remember that buying something you don’t need just because you get five percent cash back is still spending money unnecessarily. "

Because the Credit Builder card is a secured credit card, there is a little less risk involved than a standard credit card. That is because the credit line is determined by a refundable deposit made by the consumer. Put down $500 and you'll have a $500 credit limit on the card. "This limits the risk to the consumer and the card issuer," CreditCards.com industry analyst Ted Rossman says. "As long as you, the cardholder, have enough additional funds to pay your card bills in full, you should be able to improve your credit score, get your deposit back and upgrade to an unsecured card in as little as seven months."

However, that isn't to say there are no risks involved when making purchases with the Amazon Credit Builder card. It carries a 28.24% interest rate for any purchases that aren't paid off in time. That can get especially sticky with Amazon's promotional financing options that it offers for cardholders.

On qualifying purchases, Amazon lets consumers with the Credit Builder card access "special financing" to get zero percent APR for either six, 12, or 24 months or "equal pay financing" that sets interest-free monthly payments spread equally over a the course of a year. Assuming consumers are able to meet the payment requirements on the purchases, the financing options could be beneficial. However, failing to pay off the product within the promotional timeframe could lead to some seriously devastating charges.

Rossman points out that if a cardholder fails to pay off the item i want to pay my amazon credit card bill full during the zero percent interest period, "you’ll be charged retroactive interest on the average daily balance going back all the way to the original purchase date.”

Shultz explains simply, "That means that if you don’t pay your whole purchase off during the introductory period, you can get stuck with a big bill. That can be a really unpleasant surprise."

Even with some considerable caveats that consumers need to be careful with — and that Amazon should more explicitly lay out in layman's terms so people don't wind up in a debt trap while attempting to improve their credit score — the Amazon Credit Builder card, used responsibly, could serve as a worthwhile tool for those looking to establish a more sound financial situation.

Shultz says the card is the first secured retail card he recalls seeing, and appears less predatory than most of its alternatives. "Retail cards are popular with folks with thin or imperfect credit in part because they’re easier to get than your typical bank credit card," he explains. "However, they also typically come with sky-high interest rates and other unfavorable terms that make them a dangerous choice for credit newbies."

If Amazon is your go-to for everyday goods and you plan to stay within your means and pay off purchases before the high interest rates kick in, the Amazon Credit Builder may be a good option. It offers better rewards than most of its secured card alternatives and the potential to upgrade to an unsecured Amazon Store card after seven months (with your security deposit returned, as well). Of course, that upgraded card is also designed to keep you in the Amazon ecosystem, too, so don't operate under the assumption that Amazon is doing you any favors. Amazon's motives here are to get you to spend more on its platform, but you can still use that to your advantage.

We built the Amazon Dash Cart, a smart shopping cart that helps customers in our Amazon Fresh grocery stores skip the checkout line and roll out when they’re done.

No, Amazon One is an additional payment option at checkout, and Whole Foods Market Team Members will continue to maintain all of their current responsibilities.

What other Whole Foods Market stores will offer Amazon One as an option?

We’re starting with the Whole Foods Market store at Madison Broadway, but we plan to add it as an option to the following additional Whole Foods Market stores in the Seattle area in the coming months: West Seattle, Interbay, Westlake, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Roosevelt Square, and Redmond.

To learn more about Amazon One, visit one.amazon.com.

The best Amazon credit card for Prime subscribers

Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card

Get a $100 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval.

Best for people who

  • Are already Amazon Prime members.
  • Spend upward of $6,000 per year on Amazon products.
  • Spend more than $119 per year on shipping for Prime-eligible products.
  • Frequently shop at Whole Foods.
  • Live in an Amazon same-day shipping hub.

Our thoughts on the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card

The Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card is the best credit card for Amazon purchases. It has $0 annual fee (other than the $119 Amazon Prime subscription). It also offers 5% back at Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market with an eligible Prime membership, 2% back at restaurants, gas stations and drugstores and 1% back on all other purchases..

Great if you're already a Prime member

If you already subscribe to Amazon Prime for its other benefits, such as free two-day shipping (or same-day shipping in some areas) and access to the Amazon Prime streaming video service, adding this card to your wallet is a free way to optimize your spending. Its 2% and 1% cashback categories aren't bad, but they also don't set it apart from most other rewards cards on the market. The real benefit of the card is the opportunity to earn 5% back on Amazon and Whole Foods purchases.

However, if you don't think you order enough from Amazon to warrant paying for Amazon Prime, we don't think you should sign up for it just to qualify for this Amazon card. There are other good cards with no annual fee and no Prime subscription required, including the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card .

$50 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval

Best for people who

  • Don't want Amazon Prime.
  • Spend less than $6,000 per year at Amazon.com and Whole Foods.
  • Buy a lot of products from Amazon that aren't eligible for Prime shipping.

Our thoughts on the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card

The Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card is essentially a light version of the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card. You earn 3% cash back on all your Amazon.com purchases, and 2% cash back at gas stations, restaurants, and drugstores (1% back elsewhere). All spending categories earn you the same rate you would get with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card, with the exception of purchases on Amazon.com and at Whole Foods, where you'll only receive a 3% credit for your purchases rather than 5%. Also, the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card comes with a $50 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval instead of the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card deal, where you'll Get a $100 Amazon Gift Card instantly upon approval.

Good if you don't have Prime

No Amazon Prime subscription is required to qualify for the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card , meaning you'll profit from your very first purchase. For example, somebody who spends $4,000 per year at Amazon and Whole Foods would earn $120 back on those purchases with the Amazon Rewards Visa Signature Card , but only $81 with the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card once you deduct the cost of Amazon Prime. However, this does not take into account any money you could have saved in waived shipping fees through an Amazon Prime subscription, so figuring out which card is best for you really depends on the total amount you spend and whether the products you regularly order are eligible for Prime shipping. In most cases, the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card is the better choice.

Not as good for high spenders

Once you've spent exactly $5,950 at Amazon and Whole Foods in a year, the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card will earn you more going forward, regardless of shipping benefits, because of the higher rate of return.

Other good options for Amazon customers

Although the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card does provide good benefits for frequent Amazon shoppers, it shouldn't be the only one you consider. There are other good cards for online shoppers as well as cards built for people with a big grocery bill.

Unlimited Cashback Match – only from Discover. Discover will automatically match all the cash back you’ve earned at the end of your first year! There’s no minimum spending or maximum rewards. You could turn $150 cash back into $300.

Best for people who

  • Do most of their Amazon shopping around the holidays.
  • Want a long-term credit card to build their credit.
  • Want a bigger sign-up bonus this year.

Our thoughts on the Discover it® Cash Back card

The Discover it® Cash Back is one of our favorite cards for online shopping and spending in general due to its cashback program and first-year bonus.

The 5% cash back calendar

Each quarter, the Discover it® Cash Back lets you earn 5% cash back at different places each quarter up to the quarterly maximum when you activate, 1% unlimited cash back on all other purchases - automatically Here's the 2021 bonus category calendar:

  • January-March: Grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS
  • April-June: Gas stations, select streaming services and wholesale clubs
  • July-September: Restaurants and PayPal
  • October-December: Amazon.com, Target.com and Walmart.com

As you can see, Amazon.com is one of the rotating categories for 5% cash back, and it comes just in time for the holidays. If you're not a heavy spender at Amazon throughout the year and don't want to pay for Amazon Prime, utilizing the Discover it® Cash Back will still allow you to generate cash rewards during the busiest shopping season of the year.

Since Prime Day falls under the 5% bonus categories for the fourth quarter, be sure to use your Discover it® Cash Back to maximize your purchases.

First-year bonus

Another thing we love about the Discover it® Cash Back is the bonus available to new cardholders: Unlimited Cashback Match – only from Discover. Discover will automatically match all the cash back you’ve earned at the end of your first year! There’s no minimum spending or maximum rewards. You could turn $150 cash back into $300.

A good long-term card

The Discover it® Cash Back makes for a great backup card to keep in your wallet. You might not always want to take advantage of the cashback program, but if you regularly use it on small purchases throughout the year, it can be a great tool to build your credit score over time.

If you're buying a big-ticket item on Amazon -- perhaps a TV, smartwatch or robot vacuum -- and you would like to pay over time, you can use a 0% introductory APR credit card, many of which will give you a respite from interest accrual for a year or more. Or you can use the zero-interest promotional payment benefit offered by Amazon via its Prime Rewards Visa Signature card, which provides a number of payment flexibility choices.

Note that a number of other retailers, including Target and Walmart offer third-party 0% APR payment options through Affirm, Klarna and other installment plan services.

But back to Amazon. If you don't already have the Prime Rewards Visa Signature, the online application process is easy and auto-loads your new credit card into your Amazon account once you're approved. And if you already have the card, here's what you need to know.

How to use Amazon's Prime Visa zero-interest financing

If you'd prefer payment flexibility over cash back at this moment, the Prime Rewards Visa offers a variety of 0% promotional interest installment plans based on your purchase amount. Here's how to find them:

1. At checkout, select your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature card as your payment method.

2. Use the drop-down menu under the credit card icon to choose one of three selections:

  • Get 5% cash back
  • Use 0% promotional APR special financing for 6, 12, or 18 months (14.24% to 22.24% variable APR thereafter).
  • Pay with interest-free Equal Pay installments.

If you choose financing or installment payments, note that the terms vary based on your purchase amount:

  • When you spend $50 or more: 0% promotional APR for 6 months, or 6 equal interest-free monthly payments.
  • For $250 or more: 0% promotional APR for 12 months, or 12 equal interest-free monthly payments.
  • For $500 or more: 0% promotional APR for 18 months, or 18 equal interest-free monthly payments.

After the 0% promotional APR period, you will be subject to a regular variable APR of 14.24% to 22.24%. Regardless of which option you choose, financed and installment payments can be made online at Chase.com or by mail when you pay your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card statement.

Cash back and other benefits

In addition to 0% promotional APR and flexible payments, the Prime Rewards Visa Signature card offers a handful of other worthwhile advantages, which is why it's one of our top cash-back credit cards. Here are some of the other benefits and features:

  • 5% cash back on Amazon and Whole Foods purchases.
  • 2% at restaurants, gas stations, drugstores.
  • 1% on everything else.
  • No annual fee or foreign transaction fees.
  • Emergency assistance when you travel, e.g., lost luggage and accidental insurance.
  • 24/7 Visa Signature Concierge Service for travel planning and booking.

They closed my account!

Credit Karma Member

I am very disgusted with Amazon right now. I went to place an order and my card was declined. I figured that I might had entered the number incorrectly so after doing it a couple of times it still didn't go through. I logged into my account to see what was going on and to my surprise MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED! :( I've had the card for almost a year with no issues, no problems, no late payments, or anything else. ?

Will close account without warning

Credit Karma Member

I applied for my card years ago when my credit was very poor, and I was approved for a card. In the meantime I was paying off that's for my other credit cards and working on my credit score, and currently on the highest that I've been in about 5 years... I don't understand what this means as when I originally applied for the card I was in the 400s with a credit score and currently in the 600s which is what you need in order to be approved for a card... So if you your credit score is a roller coaster, be prepared to have your account canceled without notification

Beware !

Credit Karma Member

I had a late charge on my statement because I didn’t make a payment the month before..I was so angry because the month before I had made two $ 200. Payments. One was two days before the next month was due…Both payments were at least $100. over the minimum payment ..but because I didn’t make one for the following month I was charged a late charge. When I called customer service I was told I had to make a payment every month regardless of how much you paid the month before . I had no idea .I guess it’s all about them having their interest paid..I’m not using this card ever again !

NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Credit Karma Member

Credit Karma Member

After 2 years of requesting, they finally upped my credit limit above $200.... I make close to 6 figures, no missed payments...ever...under 10% debt to income ratio. Then they TOOK IT BACK after I made a couple of purchases. What an insult to have your credit limit reduced out of the blue when you've done nothing wrong or different. They are now paid in full and won't be profiting from me again. It wasn't even 70% of the limit used before they did this and dropped my credit score over 30 points.

Statement are imposible!!

Credit Karma Member

There is always a problem with the installments and their statements are impossible to understand . Prepare to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix problems !!

its the terrible experience

Credit Karma Member

they charge security fee every month and they don't say anything

Stupidest reasoning ever had to listen!!

Credit Karma Member

This card is good till you don't get cancelled by this credit card company for some unknown stupid reason! I have a 100% payment history with them with a credit line of 1,500 and I am a customer from last 2 years...I have a 30% credit balance with them.
